Wick trimmers are a must-have precision tool to properly care for your candle. Wick trimmers allow you to trim your wick and catch the debris with one quick snip. You should trim your wick before you light your candle every single time and keep your candle free of debris, matches, and carbon deposits.

A trimmed wick is imperative for solid candle performance as it will keep your flame under control. This ensures even burn and a safe vessel because too much excess on your wick can cause the vessel to overheat and potentially crack. Excess wick also causes soot build-up in the vessel and black, out of control flames.

Candle snuffers are the perfect tool to extinguish a candle by smothering the flame instead of blowing it out. This is the best way to prevent flying sparks and spattering wax.

Black tip matches in an apothecary-inspired glass bottle with a cork top and striker on the bottom is the perfect touch to complete your candle care setup. Approximately 75 matches included.

CANDLE CARE 101:

• Always trim your wick to 1/4" before candle is lit each time to avoid any soot buildup.

• Burn candle so that the wax pool reaches the jar edge each time to prevent wax tunneling.

• Burn candle no more than 4 hours at a time.

• Always keep candle away from fans, open windows, hot surfaces, children, and pets.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
